حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَتْ تَحْتِي امْرَأَةٌ أُحِبُّهَا وَكَانَ أَبِي يَكْرَهُهَا فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُطَلِّقَهَا فَأَبَيْتُ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ فَقَالَ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ طَلِّقْ امْرَأَتَكَ فَطَلَّقْتُهَا
