Aya n°95 de Sourate Al anbiya'

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ [٩٥]

Il est défendu [aux habitants] d'une cité que Nous avons fait périr de revenir [à la vie d'ici-bas] !
